Chile is famous for having excellent wines and fine seafood (Salmon, Seabrass, Crabs, Conger Eel, Oysters, Mussels, Clams, etc). We will prepare local specialities as well as common Northamerican and European dishes. Of course all meals will be served with drinks of your choice. Try a Chilean red wine (among the worlds best), a cool beer or soft drink. You also should try the famous aperitif called Pisco Sour.
